Duane Jones was headhunted by the BBC to spearhead the launch of BBC Radio 1Xtra in 2002; and has spent the last 14 years working across the broadcast industries. Duane was with BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra for 12 years where he won a Sony Gold Award. Duane has since produced high profile programming for the BBC, MTV and 5 Live on digital and broadcast platforms.
Max is an award winning creative with a background in music, factual entertainment and current affairs programming. He is Broadcast Magazine’s youngest Hotshot Awards Winner to date recognized as a true innovator and leading example of a new generation of content creators that are not only changing the way TV is made today, but laying the foundations for a shift in how content will be made in the years to come.

Tim has produced hundreds of hours of digital and broadcast content, and has worked with some of the world’s leading production companies, brands and broadcasters including Channel 4, Spotify, BBC1 and ITV to name but a few . Tim has directed some of the world’s most established talent, producing projects with ad agencies, global brands and major networks.

Christoph worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment for 11 years as the studio’s SVP/CFO of the International Television Division, and SVP of Strategy and Operations for the International TV Production Business. Earlier roles at Sony include a stint as VP of Strategic Planning, and Finance Director for the studio’s TV networks business. Christoph also sat on the board of production companies Lean-M in Russia, and Tuvalu Media in The Netherlands.

Tom Forman is the Chief Executive Officer for Critical Content overseeing all creative and business operations for the company. Tom previously served as CEO of Relativity Television, a position that he held for eight years since he founded the division in 2008. Tom previously worked with international television producer Endemol, creating and producing original unscripted series. During this time, Tom created and produced the hit ABC show “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” which ran for 11 seasons. He won two Emmy Awards® and two People’s Choice awards for the show.
Chief Operating Officer
Mark Raeburn joined Renowned as Chief Operating Officer having sat on the Channel 4 board for Renowned Films. He has over 20 years experience within TV and Media, and is qualified FCCA with over 19 years post qualified experience. Mark started at Warner Bros, and in 2000 moved to Channel 4 to help the successful launch of E4, he later moved on to manage the entire Channel 4 programme budget of c.£700m.
Head of Production
Daniel is a highly experienced, motivated and innovative Head of Production with a proven track record across different genres and broadcasters, successfully managing multi-team productions both in studio and on location. Daniel has worked on a plethora of factual and entertainment programmes, and was responsible for delivering Channel 5’s most successful series to date.
Robert is a highly motivated, creative Development Executive – with extensive experience in developing projects for major Broadcasters and Brands. He’s worked at some of the UK’s leading Production Companies and Broadcasters including Potato and BBC3. Robert works across Renowned’s creative development slate, driving ideas across all platforms.
