General Terms and Conditions of Renowned Films

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Renowned Films (hereinafter referred to as “Renowned Films”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as “Client”, “you”, or “your”) engaging in business with us. By accessing our website or engaging in any business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement By engaging in any business with Renowned Films, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Renowned Films offers a comprehensive range of services related to television production, encompassing concept development, pre-production planning, production management, post-production editing and effects, as well as distribution strategies. The specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between Renowned Films and the Client.
3. Contractual Authority No person other than the company founder/director as referred to on Companies House is authorized to enter into any legally binding contract on behalf of Renowned Films. If a contract is signed or agreed to by anyone other than the company founder/director, it shall be deemed void.
4. Acceptance
4.1. Agreement to Terms: By engaging in any business with Renowned Films, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
4.2. Confirmation in Writing: Renowned Films does not agree to any terms and conditions unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the company founder/director. Any variations, modifications, or additions to these Terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing by a company director.
4.3. Continued Engagement: By continuing to engage with Renowned Films, you implicitly accept these Terms. This includes the continuation of any ongoing projects or agreements initiated prior to the publication of these Terms.
